Please read these Terms of Service ("Agreement") carefully before using the dadofseo.com website ("Services") operated by DadOfSEO ("DadOfSEO", "we", "us" or "our"). Your ("Customer," "you" or "your") access to and use of the Services is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with this Agreement. This Agreement applies to all visitors, users and others who wish to access or use the Services. By accessing or using the Services you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you disagree with any part of this Agreement, you do not have permission to access the Services.
1. Communications
By creating an account on our service, you agree to receive newsletters, marketing or promotional materials and other information we may send. You may opt out at any time by following the unsubscribe link in any email we send.
2. Purchases
If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Services ("Purchase"), you may be asked for payment details (credit card number, expiration date, billing address, etc.). You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use any payment method you provide and that all information you supply is accurate and complete. We may use third-party payment processors in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order for reasons including, but not limited to: product or service availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions.
3. Order Cancellation & Refunds
Goods Returns
Any physical goods you purchase can only be returned in accordance with these Terms and our "Subscription Cancellations and Refund" policy. Upon receipt, we will process your reimbursement using your original payment method.
Subscription Refunds
You may cancel your subscription for a full refund within fourteen (14) calendar days of your initial purchase, provided you have used fewer than 50,000 words and 5 generations. After that period, purchases are final.
To cancel, contact us at contact@dadofseo.com. If you cancel later, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period, with no prorated refund.
4. Availability, Errors and Inaccuracies
We strive to keep our Services Information up to date, but we may experience delays or inaccuracies. We reserve the right to correct errors or update information at any time without prior notice.
5. Contests, Sweepstakes and Promotions
All promotions are governed by their own rules. In case of conflict, the promotion's rules prevail.
6. Subscription Term and Payment
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly, quarterly or annual) unless cancelled. You agree to pay all applicable fees as set forth on your invoice. If a payment method fails, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
7. Subscription Cancellations and Refund
See section 3 for initial-purchase refunds. Except as stated, no refunds are offered for partial periods. Cancel by emailing contact@dadofseo.com.
8. Fee Changes
We may modify subscription fees at our discretion. Fee changes take effect at the end of the current billing period, with reasonable prior notice.
9. Free Trial
We may offer a free trial. You must enter billing information to start. If not cancelled before trial end, we will charge you automatically. We reserve the right to modify or cancel free trials at any time.
10. Content You Post
You retain all rights to content you submit, but you grant DadOfSEO a license to host, store, and display it. You warrant that you own or have the rights to post your content and that it does not violate any laws or third-party rights. We may remove any content at our discretion.
11. Backup and Data Integrity
Although we perform regular backups, we make no guarantee against data loss or corruption. You are responsible for maintaining independent copies of your content.
12. Use of Personal API Keys
We do not require personal OpenAI or Anthropic API keys. If you choose to connect your own, you bear all associated costs and risks. We will not share your key with third parties.
13. Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activity under your account.
14. Copyright Policy
If you believe your copyright has been infringed, please contact us at contact@dadofseo.com with the subject "Copyright Infringement".
15. Intellectual Property
All original content, features and functionality of the Services (excluding user content) are the exclusive property of DadOfSEO and its licensors, protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
16. Links to Other Websites
Our Services may link to third-party websites. We have no control over their content or policies and assume no liability for them.
18. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your rights to use the Services cease immediately.
19. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DadOfSEO and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
20. "AS IS" Disclaimer
The Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without warranties of any kind.
21. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. EU or US consumers benefit from any mandatory consumer protection provisions in their country of residence.

23. Changes to This Agreement
We may update this Agreement at any time. Material changes will be notified at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
